“No one, then, should boast about what human beings can do. Actually everything belongs to you…” — 1 Corinthians 3:21 (GNT)
Sometimes, it’s amazing to see how some people think they have nothing or have no hope for tomorrow. They even feel their neighbours have so much while they have very little. However, our opening scripture clearly states otherwise; it specifically says everything belongs to us. Even those things we never thought we could have or lay our hands on—and the things we deeply crave—belong to us as well.
God, in all His glory, has willed the world to us. This is why the Bible further states, “Whether Paul or Apollos or Cephas, or the world or life or death, or things present or things to come—all are yours.” — 1 Corinthians 3:22 (NKJV). This means all you have to do is choose what you want. The world is yours for the taking; the cars, the buildings, and the lands are all yours.
All things, even those yet to be made or fabricated, belong to you. Do not live a beggarly life, wallow in self-pity, or envy anyone for what they have. You actually possess full proof of your ownership over everything in this world, and that proof is God. The Bible says, “The earth is the Lord’s, and the fulness thereof…” — Psalm 24:1 (KJV).
Because you are a child of God, you share in this inheritance. The day you gave your life to Christ, you became a legal child and joint-heir with Him (Romans 8:17). If you are an heir of God, all that He has now belongs to you. Enjoy the privilege of being His child and heir. We have been called to live a glorious life in Christ Jesus—a life where we lack nothing because everything belongs to us. Praise God!

Prayer
I am not ignorant of my inheritance in Christ Jesus. I am an heir of God; therefore, I reign and rule in this life. Whatever I need, I have, and I am never disadvantaged. Thank You, Heavenly Father, for this great calling You have bestowed upon me. Praise God!
