Take Charge in the Name of Jesus

“…Everything you do or say, then, should be done in the name of the Lord Jesus, as you give thanks through him to God the Father…” Colossians 3:17 (GNT)

Are you going through some difficulties and you are losing control? Have you found yourself in some complicated situation and you do not know how to handle it? Well, worry no more because there is good news for you. No matter what you face or go through, it is important to understand that you can take control of that situation using the name of Jesus. Most people think the name of Jesus is to be used only when they want to pray but the truth is that you can use the name for things that are other than prayer. You might say but how is that possible??  Well, it is possible and that’s why the Bible admonishes us saying “…everything you do or say, then, should be done in the name of the Lord Jesus, as you give thanks through him to God the Father…”

Colossians 3:17 (GNT). Did you see that? So, no matter what you face or go through, you can actually stand your ground and take control of it using the name of Jesus. Whenever you feel there is pressure, you declare and say, “I take charge of this situation and I bring it under control in the name of Jesus”.  When you begin to say this, it may not look as though anything will charge, but as you continue to make that declaration in faith, things will gradually begin to fall in place on your behalf. So, matter what happens, be encouraged to take charge of that situation using the name of Jesus and when you do, lines shall indeed fall into pleasant places for you. Praise God!

Confession for the Day

Father, I am super grateful for your counsel today. I refuse to be under any kind of pressure. I choose to stand up to that situation and bring it under control using the name of Jesus. And as I do this, my testimonies shall multiply in the name of Jesus. Amen!
