“…if you know these things, blessed are you if you do them….” John 13:17 (NKJV)
Having established the importance of taking actions, someone might say, but where do I start from? It’s simple, what do you want to achieve in your life this year? How do you want to achieve it and when do you want it to materialize? I call these three questions, the three important questions that determine how far you will go in your life’s pursuit. If you are unable to answer these questions, then it clearly shows how unready you are for achieving anything this year. But if you can answer them, it means you are ready to win and not be defeated this year. So take a moment to outline the various things you want to do and achieve this year, draw out a plan on how you are going to achieve these things and set a time frame on when you would like to achieve these things.
If you can work out these things and do them with all diligence and discipline, I can assure you that before the middle of the year, you must have already achieved a lot of things on that list. So I encourage you to start the year with a ready and a willing mind. Put aside procrastination and be all out for your dreams. If you can do this, you will be amazed at the speed with which you will achieve all your desires this year. So what are you waiting for today? Get to work now, get a notebook and start planning. Take actions and don’t fold your hands. Remember the Bible says, “…a little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to sleep, So shall your poverty come on you like a prowler, and your need like an armed man..” Proverbs 6:11 (NKJV). Meaning, if a man is going to achieve anything, actions must be taken. Action is the assurance that guarantees the actualization of any dream. Praise God!
Today’s Rhema
