”…Israel is no stronger than Samaria, its capital city, and Samaria is no stronger than King Pekah. “If your faith is not enduring, you will not endure…” Isaiah 7:9 (GNT)
Can your faith endure opposition? Do you maintain your stand in the face of adversity? If your answer is no, then it means you do not have enduring faith. The danger of this kind of faith is that you will often suffer defeat in circumstances that should not defeat you.
Beloved, adverse situations or circumstances are meant to prepare and catapult you to the next level that God has ordained for you. But if you are the type to give up quickly, you will surely miss out, and can remain at that level for a long time, battling the same kinds of challenges.
However, if you will move forward, you need to step up your faith. You need to feed your faith with God’s word and unleash that faith through prayers, meditation and confession. When you do this consistently, you will surely come out victoriously because faith is the victory that overcomes the world (1 John 5:4). So I encourage you today to endure in your faith walk. When you have an enduring faith, the Bible says, you will surely endure or last and the significance of this is that you will be strong and zealous to see the next phase of your life. Make a conscious decision to invest in your faith through God’s word, so that your faith can have all it takes to endure. Hallelujah!
