Having established the importance of changing the way you live so that you can be able to see the changes that you desire. Someone might say but where exactly do I start? What can I change to see the change that I desire? Well, it is simple! Start with changing your response to God and align yourself with His word and principles. Too many people today do not understand how important this is. They do not understand how this can literally change everything about them but trust me, this is one little adjustment that can change everything about you.
The reason is that God is the essence of life. In Fact, He is the author of life, He brought you to this world and gave you the breath of life. He knows what is good for you and what is not good for you. He has made these things clear in His word and what He expects from you is to give Him your attention and follow His counsel. In the book of Proverbs 23:26, God said “…my son, give me your heart, And let your eyes observe my ways…” This is what He expects from us but sadly, not too many people are doing this today. They believe in God quite alright, they even claim to follow Him but yet they do not have time for Him. They hardly spend time with Him to at least know what God wants from them and because of this, they live their lives opposite of what God wants. And in most cases, they find themselves in a lot of mess which they want to change but they do not know that, if those things are going to change, they need to change the way they live. Therefore, make a conscious decision to change the way you respond to God and align your will with His will. If you can do this, you will begin the journey to changing everything that concerns you because you will receive counsel, guidance, and direction for every stage of your life. So, do the needful and watch things turn around. Halleluiah!

CONFESSION FOR THE DAY
Father, I am grateful for this wonderful counsel. I choose this day to always give you my attention and I am walking in the grace to align with your will for my life in Jesus’ name. Amen!
