As you journey with God this year, one of the most crucial steps you can take is to build your life and endeavors according to the pattern He has shown you. This means aligning your actions and decisions with the vision or direction God has revealed to you. Straying from this divine blueprint often leads to struggles because outside of what God has ordained, there is no grace to excel. Many find themselves frustrated or stagnated because they pursue goals or ventures God has not assigned to them.
However, when you choose to build according to what God has revealed, success becomes inevitable. Consider the story of Moses, whom God instructed to construct the ark of testimony. God specifically said, “…see to it that you make them according to the pattern which was shown you on the mountain” (Exodus 25:40, NKJV). This instruction underscored the importance of following the divine design to achieve the desired results.
Similarly, you are called to act in alignment with God’s revealed plan for your life. The question is: what has God shown you? If you do not yet have clarity, the answer is simple—wait on God. Do not rush into action or expend your efforts on ventures for which you have no divine direction. Instead, seek Him until the pattern or design becomes clear. Trust that God, in His timing, will reveal what He has ordained for you to follow. Hallelujah!

Today, I receive God’s word with meekness. I choose to build according to the pattern revealed to me, and as I do, I produce results and bear much fruit, in Jesus’ name. Amen!
