Beloved, do you know that after you have received Jesus into your life, one thing that is sure to start manifesting is peace and rest of mind? In case you do not know, I am telling you now.
Over the years, I have met many believers who lack peace of mind. They still worry and are burdened by the challenges of life, unaware that this is not God’s will for them in Christ Jesus. If you want your case to be different, you must understand that in Christ Jesus, there is peace and rest. In other words, peace and rest are guaranteed if you lean on Him and let Him have His way in your life.
The challenge today is that too many of God’s people do not realize that peace has been made available to them in Christ Jesus. If you are in that category, here is what our Lord Jesus Christ said Himself: “Come to me, all of you who are tired from carrying heavy loads, and I will give you rest…” — Matthew 11:28 (GNT). If He has promised to give you rest, He won’t give you anything less than that. All that is required of you is to believe His words and rest in Him.
So, as you continue in your walk with God, I encourage you to live in the consciousness of this truth. Refuse to let the situations of life make you lose your peace. Rest in Him, and watch everything fall into place for you. Hallelujah!
