“…oh give thanks to the Land, For He is good! For His mercy endures forever… “Psalms 136:1 (NKJV)
Have you blown it lately and you are thinking, that’s the end of your relationship with God? Have you been tricked to believe that God is mad at you and will never have mercy on you? Well, I have news for you today. No matter what you have done in your life except for blasphemy against the Holy Ghost, the mercy of the Lord is always available to be released on you. The question is, have you obtained mercy of late? Lots of times the devil would always try to minister to you and let you believe that you are beyond mercy and God is not happy with you. But the truth remains, that God is always there to look on you with mercy. God is never against you but for you (Romans 8:31). Although He does not support us walking in the path that always puts us in the wrong light, for He Himself has said, “be holy, for I am holy” 1 Peter 1:16 (NKJV). However, He also knows how weak and frail we are. He knows how often we could walk in error, so this is why He has made His mercy available to us through the blood of the everlasting covenant.
Our Lord Jesus Christ was sent to this world by the father to pay the ultimate price for us, and today His finished works has made the mercy of the father available to us anytime we want it. So live conscious of this truth and walk in the path that God wants you to walk in. Acknowledge the areas you are walking in error, and use God’s word to get more light in that area so that you can live above that error. Always approach the throne of Grace with boldness and obtain mercy (Hebrews 4:16) whenever you need it. Refuse to allow the devil to lie to you because God is on your side. Refuse to allow anything to stop you because the father loves you and nothing can separate you from the Love of the father. This was the revelation that Paul the Apostle had when He said, “…I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord…” Romans 8:38-39 (NKJV). Focus on the love of the father, understand His will for you, walk in them and draw from the well of His mercy at all times. But do all you can to walk in the light of truth which is His word. Align yourself with that which His word permits and allows in your life and you will be amazed at how your life will move from glory to glory. Praise God!
