“…you will also declare a thing, And it will be established for you; So light will shine on your ways…” Job 22:28 (NKJV)

Beloved, do you know that one of the biggest blessings God gave to us is the mouth? Well, incase you do not know, I am telling you now. Our mouth is a blessing and it was not just given to us to use it in eating and drinking, rather it was given to us majorly for creative purposes. I know this might not sit well with a lot of folks but that is the truth. The power to pull down, tear down and build up is right in your mouth. And so, you must know that your life is dependent on what you actually say. You must learn to speak words that will transform your life and not words that will destroy it. Sadly, a lot of Christians are not taking advantage of this reality, instead they keep complaining about everything which is not supposed to be. Beloved, your mouth was not given to you to complain, rather it was given to you to create and cause the changes that you want to see.

As a Christian, it is important to know that the words that would save you are in your mouth. If you do not say words that would bring about a change, your life may just remain in one spot. This is why you find several situations lingering because God’s people have not decided to speak themselves to the next level. As Christians, we can’t afford to keep quiet, we were made to speak, utter decrees, and make declarations at every given time to change our situation. Every word you didn’t say or have refused to say is what is holding you back. Every word you will say, every decree you will make is the power that you need for the change to come. And that is why the Bible says, “where the word of a King is, there is power: and who may say unto him, what are you doing?” Ecclesiastes 8:4 (NKJV). Isn’t it amazing that nobody dares question your audacity to speak? Isn’t it amazing that your words have power? Isn’t it amazing that once you have spoken to that situation the words you said remain supreme? So what’s my advice? Don’t be quiet, stop waiting for power to come down from heaven and fix that situation, the power is in your mouth, and the power is in your spoken words. Speak out now! Say what you ought to say, confess the words you need to confess, and offer the prayer you ought to offer. We believe with our heart, but with our mouth, we speak out words of salvation, we speak out prophecies, we speak to our situations and the changes that we desire will manifest. Praise God!

Today’s Rhema

Speak out and declare the change that you want to see!

Confession for the Day

Thank you Holy Father, for giving me the solution to my life and for giving me the ability to make decrees. I declare that I am provoking a change in my situation and circumstances through my words in the name of Jesus. Amen!
