“….seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you…” Matthew 6:33 (NKJV).

Having established the importance of seeking God first, it is important to understand that, if you are truly going to bear the kind of fruits that the Bible talks about and walk in the blessings of God, you must change your approach today. You must make a conscious decision to make Pursuit of God your number one priority and not His blessings. It is the pursuit of God that positions you for the blessings. It is the pursuit of God that helps you to understand the blessings and how to walk in it. If you ignore God and His purposes, you have missed God already even though you are in Christ and go to church every time.

You might say but how is this possible? Well, it is simple. The scriptures are clear on this, it says “…. seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you…” Matthew 6:33 (NKJV). Did you see that? This lets us understand what our approach ought to be like. So, I encourage you to pursue God with all you have got. Now, when I say you should pursue God, I don’t mean that you should run after Him, what I mean is that you should focus on Him, and what He wants from you, and everything you need will follow. I know this might be hard to believe but that is just the truth. The scriptures cannot lie, if it already says, when you seek God, all other things follow, that is what it means. And when you do this diligently, you won’t even need to ask before it is given to you. So, as you journey in your walk with God, make it a priority to pursue God and all other things will fall in place. Hallelujah!

TODAY’S RHEMA

If you can be diligent enough to pursue God with all your heart, you will watch the desires of your heart come to pass!

CONFESSION FOR THE DAY

Father, I am super grateful for this eye opening message, I choose this day to follow you with all my heart. I come against every distraction and I declare that as I do this, I am walking the blessings that the Bible talks about in Jesus name. Amen!
