“…be strong. Take courage. Don’t be intimidated. Don’t give them a second thought because God, your God is striding ahead of you. He is right there with you. He won’t let you down; He won’t leave you”- Deuteronomy 31:6 (MSG)

Beloved, you must come to terms with the fact that your challenges do not define you, therefore no matter the situation, refuse to be intimidated by it. Even if you want to buy a house or do anything with money, if the money is not available, refuse to allow the lack of money to intimidate you. What you need to buy a house or a car is not money but a strong will. What you need to go to school is not money but determination, and what you need to get married is not money but a decision. When there is a will, a decision and a strong determination there is nothing that you cannot achieve. So be encouraged today to think the right thoughts and refuse to walk in fear or be intimidated by the challenges that you face because God is with you.

The Bible says in 2 Timothy 1:7 says “…God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind,” which means to allow the challenges you go through to put fear in your heart or intimidate you, is totally against the scriptures. When Moses was trying to encourage the Israelites, he said “…be strong. Take courage. Don’t be intimidated. Don’t give them a second thought because God, your God is striding ahead of you. He is right there with you. He won’t let you down; He won’t leave you” (Deuteronomy 31:1 MSG). He had to say this because fear and intimidation were the only things that could stop them from achieving what God planned for them to achieve. So be bold, stop using that challenge as an excuse for non- performance. Stop seeing that challenge as a disability and start seeing it as your opportunity. Whatever you want to achieve, if you have a strong desire to achieve it, you will achieve it, so be bold.

Today’s Rhema

No matter how fierce your challenges may be, be bold enough to face them!

Confession for the Day

Heavenly father, your word is food for my spirit and it is peace for my soul, therefore I declare that by the reason of what I have read today, I refuse to be intimidated by the challenges of life, because I have not received the spirit of fear but of love, of sound mind and of love. I go out there today to dominate in Jesus’ name. Amen!
