“Then He spoke a parable to them, that men always ought to pray and not lose heart…” Luke 18:1 (NKJV)

In times of difficulty, there are always two options before a believer: to pray or lose heart. Sadly, the latter is what many of God’s people do because they do not understand the role of prayers at such critical times.

Beloved, you must understand that challenges in the physical often have spiritual roots. Whatever you see happening to you and causing you distress, has its roots from the realm of the spirit and if you are going to get it fixed, you have to approach it from the realm of the spirit. This is where prayer comes into play. Through prayers, you have the opportunity to deal with the root cause of that situation and when it is dealt with, things begin to change in the physical realm.

So, the question today is, what are you currently going through in your life? Are you sick in your body? Are you struggling with some kind of negative habit? Are you under any kind of pressure? It can be sorted out if you would pray. The Bible says, “…Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus….”Philippians 4:6‭-‬7 (NKJV). Hallelujah!

Today’s Rhema

Every situation in life has some level of spiritual undertone, if you must change it then you have to pray!

Confession for the Day

Thank you my Father, for opening my eyes to understand this truth. Today, I receive the grace to pray committedly and cause a change in my world. I choose to persist and prevail in prayers in the name of Jesus. Amen!
