“For you were bought with a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.”1 Corinthians 6:20 (NKJV)

Beloved, are the things you do bringing glory to God? Have you ever taken the time to reflect on this? If not, I encourage you to do so now. God desires that everything in our lives glorify Him, and we have a responsibility to make sure that this is the case. Our opening scripture instructs us to glorify God with both our bodies and our spirits—meaning every part of our being should bring Him glory.

The question is, how do we glorify God with all of ourselves?

Start by letting your faith and knowledge of God’s Word influence your actions. When you live according to God’s Word, you bring glory to Him because people will notice the change in you. Your words, your habits, and your character will begin to reflect your faith in God. This transformation brings praise to God as others see the positive changes in your life.

Beyond your words and actions, glorify God with your resources. Whether it’s the money you have, your marriage, your time, or your possessions—dedicate it all to God’s glory. When you make a conscious decision to glorify God in all you do, He receives the honor, and in return, your life becomes a testimony of His goodness.

So, walk in the path of glorifying God in everything, and watch as your life is filled with dynamic testimonies. Praise God!

Confession for the Day

Father, I glorify You with all of me and with all that I have. I only do those things that bring You glory, just like my Lord Jesus did. And may Your glory forever fill my life, in Jesus’ name. Amen!
