“…but Jesus answered them, “My Father has been working until now, and I have been working…” John 5:17 (NKJV)

Are you among those who have come to believe that God has stopped working in your life? Have you come to that point where the devil is tempting you to believe that God has abandoned you? Well, I have good news for you. From the day you were born, God has been working in your life and even till now, the work of God continues. You may not see it or feel it, but it doesn’t make it wrong.

Beloved, you must understand that no matter what you go through in life, God is still at work in your life. Even in the midst of that situation that is putting you under pressure, it might interest you to know that God is at work strategizing to make that situation work together for your good. But the question is, do you genuinely believe this? Well, you should because this is the Gospel truth.

When the Jewish authorities accused Jesus of breaking the sabbath by healing a man on a sabbath day, He said to them: “…My Father has been working until now, and I have been working.” John 5:17 (NKJV). The Jewish authorities believed it was an offence to heal on the sabbath day, but Jesus demonstrated that the sabbath does not stop God from bringing healing to His people. In the same way, He wants you to know that whatever you are facing right now cannot and will not stop Him from working in your life. All you need to do, is to believe that God is at work in your life and at the end He will bring you out of that situation victoriously. Hallelujah!

Today’s Rhema

No matter what you face or go through, always remember that God is at work in your life!

Confession for the Day

Oh Lord, I am grateful for reassuring me that you are very much at work in my life. My faith is therefore strengthened by this wonderful truth and I am coming out of every situation in my life victoriously in Jesus name. Amen!
