Medieval battle scene with cavalry and infantry. Silhouettes of figures as separate objects, fight between warriors on dark toned foggy background. Night scene.

“…how are you fallen from heaven, oh Lucifer, son of morning! How you are cut down to the ground, you who weakened the nations… yet you shall be brought down to Sheol, to the lowest depths of the pit…” Isaiah 14:12, 15 (NKJV)

In the opening scripture, it’s written very clearly to us, that the devil is cut down to the ground. And the place God has kept for him is the pits, so he has no role to play in our lives, and we have no place or room for him. One thing we all must agree on is that the camp of the enemy who is the devil has failed in his agenda concerning us. If there is any truth in God’s word that we must come to accept, this is it. That is the reason our Lord Jesus Christ said, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven, behold I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy and nothing shall by any means hurt you…” Luke 10:18-19 (NKJV). In this instruction of our master and saviour, Jesus Christ is clear that God does not want us to think that we are subject to the oppressions of Satan.

No! He has come to give us a new mindset, the mindset of the one that has been called to win, the mindset of the one that had been called to throw the enemy out of his life and out of his camp. That’s the mindset you ought to possess. Beloved, maybe the devil has attacked your home, by trying to make your financial life impossible, giving you a vision of lack in every way, God is saying to you today, kick the devil and his cohorts out of your house. Do not entertain the stunts and strategies of the devil which he designed to put fear in you. Embrace the word of God and the scripture that says all authority has been given you in heaven to trample on serpents and scorpions. This means no matter what stunts the enemy is pushing at, you have the power to resist him and he will flee from you. So kick the devil out of your path, because new knowledge has come to you and you know, your life has no room for him. Amen!
