For many years, I have watched many of God’s children move from one church to another looking for His power, unaware that what they seek is right in front of them. They believe that by visiting different churches, they might encounter God’s power, but even if they do, the experience is often short-lived. Whatever they receive does not last because they do not understand how the power of God truly works, leaving them to wonder why their lives lack stability.
If you want to experience the power of God daily, you must embrace the full Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ and believe in it, because that is where the power lies. The Apostle Paul declared, “I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes…” (Romans 1:16, NKJV). This means God’s power is locked within the Gospel message.
To see it manifest, you must hold the Gospel in high esteem, believe its message, and apply it to every area of your life. When you do, you will see God’s power move mightily on a daily basis.
Therefore, I encourage you to give your full attention to the Gospel. Receiving Jesus into your life is the foundational stage, but sadly, that’s where many Christians stop. You must go beyond this by believing in His message and doing what He says.
When you do this, you will unlock the power of God regularly. His person brings you salvation, but His message produces the everyday miracles that position you for greater victories. His message is what empowers you to stand against the wiles of the devil and subdue them. Hang on to the Gospel and stake your life on it, because it is indeed the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes. Praise God!

Confession for the Day
Thank you, Heavenly Father, for helping me understand what the Gospel truly is. I choose to embrace it and give it the attention it deserves because I now understand its power. I know that if the Gospel brought me salvation, it can bring me anything else I need, in the name of Jesus. Amen!
