“For I will pour water on him who is thirsty, and floods on the dry ground; I will pour My Spirit on your descendants, and My blessing on your offspring.” — Isaiah 44:3 (NKJV)

“…Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.” — Matthew 4:4 (NKJV)

This was Jesus’ powerful response to the devil when confronted in the wilderness. His reply reveals a vital principle for us. When Jesus said, “Man must not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God,” He was teaching us that as Christians, we are meant to live and operate by God’s Word and nothing else.

Today, the abundance of information in the world can easily cause someone to stray from God’s plan. Misleading information is increasing, and without caution, it’s easy to live by the world’s standards rather than by the truth in God’s Word. That’s why I encourage you to pursue the Word. Let it become your passion and hunger, because living by God’s Word is the key to true fulfillment.

Don’t be among those who neglect God’s Word. Many desire blessings from God but shy away from studying His Word. They become lazy or disinterested, and some even fall asleep while reading it because they lack a genuine hunger for it. But you can be different. Make a conscious decision to always seek God’s Word. Let a yearning to know more about Him rise in you, because the more you know, the more blessed you will become!

Today’s Rhema

The Word of God is the light you need in this dark world, and it is the map you need to reach the destination God has ordained for you!

Confession for the Day

Dear Heavenly Father, I thank You for Your Word, which You have given us to live by and fulfill Your plans in our lives. I declare that from today, a deep desire for Your Word is stirred within me. Every time I study or hear the Word, I receive understanding and the ability to apply it and see results in all areas of my life. In the name of Jesus, Amen!
