“…For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek. For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith…..” Romans 1:16‭-‬17 (NKJV)

As you walk with the Lord this year, it is important that you settle some truths in your heart, so that you are not tossed to and fro, by every wind of doctrine. Now, one of those things you must settle in your heart, is that the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, is the power of God unto salvation for them who believe (Romans 1:16). In other words, the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ is the solution to anything you want to fix in your life. Whether it is your marriage, career or your health, the Gospel has the answer you need. The question is, do you believe this?

Over the years I have seen people who sing about the Gospel and talk about it, but when trouble blows they forget it. However, it’s your responsibility to become fully persuaded about the Gospel and what it can do in your life. Paul the Apostle, had this understanding and he said “…I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek. For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith…..” Romans 1:16‭-‬17 (NKJV). Did you see that? Work on your confidence and conviction on the Gospel and every other thing shall fall in place. Praise God!
