“…for in him we live and move and have our being…” —Acts 17:28 (NIV)
Every believer is safe, secure, and protected in Christ, but not every believer realizes or understands and accepts the safety and security he has in Christ. One thing we must all have confidence in is the security that we have in Christ. As a Christian, it is important that you know that there is security for you in Christ Jesus, and you are protected as a member of His household. The Bible says “…we live in Him…” This means He shields us on the outside, and any bullets or arrows that would reach us would have to penetrate us through Him. And we know it’s impossible to penetrate Christ. This is why we can boldly say; we are safe at home in Christ Jesus, amen!
Our Lord Jesus made it clear in His own words when He said, “And I give unto them eternal life, and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father which gave them to me is greater than all, and no one is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand.” John 10:28-29. In another scripture, the Bible declared saying, “…the Lord shall be your confidence, and shall keep your foot from being taken.” Proverbs 3:26. Did you see that? So, I am sharing this with you today, so that the lord will be and always remain your confidence, knowing that no one can pluck you out of His hands. The Bible lets us know that our God is greater than all, so because of Him, evil ones are afraid to come close to us or try to tamper with us. Therefore, beloved brothers and sisters no matter what you face or go through, always remember that you are safe in the house. So stay in the house, stay in Christ, cherish where you are from, and cherish what you have. But most importantly, cherish what you have been given.

Confession for the Day
Father, I thank yo, for being my God. I rejoice because the gods of the heathens fear you, principalities and powers fear you and the rulers of darkness fear you. They have heard of you, and they have seen the manifestation of your powers. Blessed be your Holy name. Amen!
