For in union with Christ you have become rich in all things, including all speech and all knowledge. —1 Corinthians 1:5 (GNT)

Sometimes, the devil will try to make you feel poor and stranded, but it is your responsibility to reject those thoughts and push back against them. As a believer, you are not poor; you are rich in Christ Jesus.

Unfortunately, many believers do not realize this truth. When the enemy brings these thoughts, they unconsciously believe and accept them simply because they lack physical cash. However, you must understand that the absence of money does not mean you are poor. Even the richest people in the world today are not rated by the amount of cash they have in the bank, but by the assets they possess.

In Christ Jesus, even if you do not have physical cash, you cannot be counted among the poor. The Bible says, For in union with Christ you have become rich in all things, including all speech and all knowledge. —1 Corinthians 1:5 (GNT). Did you catch that? As long as you are in Christ Jesus, you have become rich in all things. Your responsibility now is to seek out the relevant principles and align yourself with them, so the riches you desire will begin to manifest.

No matter the odds, never view yourself as poor, even if you do not have a dime in your pocket. Stop rating yourself based on the condition of your pocket. Instead, start rating yourself based on your union with Christ, because that is where your true worth lies. If you can fully comprehend all that has been made available to you in Jesus, and align your beliefs, thoughts, and words with that reality, everything about your life will change for good. Hallelujah!

Today’s Rhema

Do not rate yourself based on the condition of your pocket, but rather on your union with Christ!

Prayer

Father, I am grateful for opening my eyes to this wonderful truth. I decree that I am rich in Christ, and these riches are manifesting in every area of my life, in Jesus’ name.
