Years ago, I met a young lady who was so depressed and one of the major things she kept on holding on to was that God does not love her. Every effort to make her look at things differently proved abortive. Instead, she kept on saying, if truly God loved her, why would God allow her to marry the husband she married, why would God allow her to have a miscarriage and the list was endless. It got to a point where I couldn’t say much because she had come to believe the lies of the devil and it was eating deep into her. But you see all those things she had come to believe, were just lies and nothing more.
You see when we go through difficulties, the devil wants to turn us against God and make us believe that God does not love us. He would bring out a list of reasons and let you know that, if truly you are precious in the eyes of God, why did He allow such and such to happen to you? But, no matter what He tries to point out, refuse to give in to his evil counsel because they are false claims. If he brings up such reasons, show him the scripture because the scripture contains the proof of the Father’s love for you. If he is not convinced, Him about the blood of Jesus that was shared for your sake. It is your trophy and it is enough proof. So live every day of your life knowing that you are the beloved of God and always give Him thanks for such wonderful victory that He has given to you in Christ Jesus (1 Corinthians 15:58 NKJV). Praise God!

I live every day of my life confident of this one thing, I am the beloved of God, I am precious in His sight and am his valued possession. I walk in the boldness of this truth and conquer all things by this truth because I know that God has my back. Praise God!
