“See, I have this day set you over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out and to pull down, to destroy and to throw down, to build and to plant.” — (Jeremiah 1:10 NKJV)

Have you ever been in a situation that made you question your worth? You applied for a job with friends; they got selected, but you didn’t. You went to a shopping mall where there was an offer for something free, but when it got to your turn, the coupons had run out. Or perhaps you thought you were excelling at work, only to find your name at the top of the list when layoffs were announced. Now you wonder, “Why am I always the one getting the short end of the stick? Why am I so unfortunate?” Maybe you’ve even started believing you are not useful because no one seems to want you.

Beloved, it’s time to see yourself differently. You must begin to place value on yourself and see yourself through the eyes of Christ. The Bible declares:

“You are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvellous light.” — (1 Peter 2:9 NKJV)

This is God’s word about you. You are His special treasure—crafted in His very image. When people reject you or fail to recognize your worth, it’s not because you lack value; it’s because they can’t see the gift of God within you. Don’t allow man’s rejection to diminish how you see yourself. Instead, keep valuing yourself, stay rooted in the Word, and apply its truths. As you do, God will begin to align you with people who recognize your worth and need the gifts He has placed in you.

Today’s Rhema

You are special to God—don’t let the opinion of man fool you!

Confession for the Day

Thank you, Holy Father, for choosing me and making me special. I refuse to let the opinions of others bring me down. I choose to see myself the way You see me, and as I do, the responses of men toward me are changing for good, in Jesus’ name. Amen!
