‭”…who gave Himself for our sins, that He might deliver us from this present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father.  Galatians 1:4 (NKJV)

The happenings in the world today can put fear in your heart and make you feel insecure. But God does not want us to be moved by the happenings in the world today. Irrespective of what is happening out there, God does not want your faith to be moved. He does not even want you to worry about it because He already made provisions available before these happenings started. He already made a way for you to be delivered from evil. Let’s look at the scriptures.

The Bible says in Galatians 1:3-5, “…‭Grace to you and peace from God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for our sins, that He might deliver us from this present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father, to whom be glory forever and ever…” Did you see that? The Bible says that our Lord Jesus Christ gave Himself for our sins so that He might deliver us from this present evil age. He is not about to do it; He has already done it. So, no matter what is going on in the world, our Lord has already delivered us from it. Your responsibility now is to believe it and hold on to it tenaciously. When you do, you will remain calm and firm in faith because you know that you have been delivered from this present evil age. So, refuse to entertain fear because of what is happening in the world. Instead, keep your gaze on Jesus and let your faith rest in His finished works. Praise God!
