“So then, my friends, try even harder to make God’s call and his choice of you a permanent experience; if you do so, you will never abandon your faith…” (2 Peter 1:10)

Beloved, are you going through some difficulties right now and you are thinking of quitting? Are you overwhelmed with your present condition and you feel like giving up? Well, if you are in such situations, I totally understand but you see, no matter what you face in life or go through, you must never abandon your faith. The reason is because the moment you abandon your faith and give up, you will never win and you will never experience the blessing of God’s power in your life. I know this might sound strange to you, but this is just the truth

You see, faith is needed to overcome any situation and unlock the power of God in your life. Without faith, the Bible says, it is impossible to please God (Hebrews 11:6). In other words, the power of God will do nothing in your life until you put your faith to work. So, if all you do is feel depressed, overwhelmed and defeated, you will never be a happy believer and you will never be able to take advantage of the grace of God and the promises of the Bible. Therefore, I encourage you today to stir up your faith through God’s and approach that situation in your life by faith. No matter what happens, never abandon your faith because that is the shield needed to quench the fiery darts of the enemy. The Bible says “….‭at all times carry faith as a shield; for with it you will be able to put out all the burning arrows shot by the Evil One….” Ephesians 6:16 (GNT). Remember, “… every child of God is able to defeat the world. And we win the victory over the world by means of our faith…”1 John 5:4 (GNT). So hold tight and never give up your faith. Hallelujah!

Today’s Rhema

As long as you are holding on in faith, you will always prevail over any circumstances!

Confession for the Day

Father, I am grateful for this wonderful truth you have communicated to me, I decree therefore that I will never abandon my faith, instead I will rise like an edifice in faith and prevail over all circumstances in the name of Jesus. Amen!
