‭‭“…looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God….” Hebrews 12:2(NKJV)

When the challenges of life hit, the usual response of many people is to look to man for some sort of solution. In other cases, they just get confused and start drowning in the river of their challenges. But this is not how God wants us to respond. You must understand that God does not want us confused or drowning in the challenges we have found ourselves. Instead, God wants us to look to Jesus, who is the author and the finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). The solution you are looking for is not in the hands of man but in the hands of Jesus. Salvation is only possible with Jesus.

Therefore, if you want to see any change in that situation you have found yourself, you must look to Jesus and Jesus alone. Take your eyes off anybody else. When you do this, it may not seem like anything will change, but trust me, it will eventually change. When Peter walked on water, he did it successfully, until he began to observe the storm. Then he began to sink. But when he returned his gaze to Jesus and called for help, the Lord stretched out His hand and helped him (Scripture reference: Matthew 14:29-31). If you want to see such deliverance in your life, look to Jesus and Jesus alone and call upon Him, and you will be amazed at the kind of deliverance you will get. So, wait no more; look to Him today and call upon Him. Hallelujah!

Today’s Rhema

If you truly want a change, look to Jesus and call upon Him!

Confession for the Day

Father, I am grateful for your love and mercy. I am grateful to you for reminding me of the things I am supposed to do in times of difficulty. I, therefore, choose this day to look to Jesus and call upon Him and as I do this, I receive my miracle. Hallelujah!
