“I will lift up my eyes to the hills— From whence comes my help? My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth.” — Psalms 121:1-2 (NKJV)
Many times, when people face challenges in life, their first instinct is to look to the world for solutions. While this might seem logical, experience has shown that worldly solutions are often temporary or entirely ineffective. If you, as a believer, consistently rely on the world for answers, disappointment is inevitable. However, when you look to God and His word, you’ll find the lasting solutions you seek. Every answer you need lies with God, though society and circumstances may try to convince you otherwise. Refuse to be deterred—anchor your trust in Him.
The Bible offers countless examples of individuals who failed to find solutions through worldly means but discovered them the moment they turned to God. Consider the woman with the issue of blood. The Scriptures say, “…had a flow of blood for twelve years, and had suffered many things from many physicians. She had spent all that she had and was no better, but rather grew worse…” — Mark 5:25-26 (NKJV). While there’s nothing wrong with seeking medical help, we must understand that even physicians have their limitations. For some issues, only God holds the solution.
The Bible continues: “…when she heard about Jesus, she came behind Him in the crowd and touched His garment. For she said, ‘If only I may touch His clothes, I shall be made well.’ Immediately the fountain of her blood was dried up, and she felt in her body that she was healed of the affliction.” — Mark 5:27-29 (NKJV). Did you see that? Her faith and decision to turn to Jesus led to her breakthrough. No matter how difficult your situation may seem, looking to God and His word will ultimately bring the solutions you need. It may not be an easy process, but the results will always be worth it. Hallelujah!

Confession for the Day
Father, I am grateful for this inspiring truth. Henceforth, I will look to You alone for solutions, and as I do this, I will never be stranded, in the name of Jesus. Amen!
