Over the years, I have seen many of God’s children move from one church to another, searching for His power—unaware that what they seek is right before them. They believe that by visiting different churches, they might encounter God’s power, but even if they do, the experience is often short-lived. Whatever they receive in those moments does not last because they do not understand how the power of God works. As a result, they find themselves in cycles of instability, wondering why nothing seems to change.
However, if you truly want to experience God’s power daily and see it manifest in every area of your life, you must embrace and believe in the full gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. That is where the power lies.
The Apostle Paul declares in our opening verse: “I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God unto salvation for everyone who believes…” (Romans 1:16). This means that the power of God is contained within the Gospel and its message. If you want to see that power at work in your life, you must hold the Gospel in high esteem, believe it, and apply its truths to every aspect of your life. When you do, you will witness God’s power moving mightily in you every day.
Receiving Jesus Christ into your life is just the beginning—it is the foundation. Sadly, many believers stop there. But to unlock the full power of God, you must go beyond merely accepting Christ. You must believe in His message and live by it. His presence brings salvation, but His message produces daily miracles and positions you for greater victories. His Word also empowers you to stand firm against the schemes of the enemy and overcome them.
So, hold fast to the Gospel and stake your life on it. It is indeed the power of God for salvation to all who believe. Praise God!

Confession for the Day
Thank You, Heavenly Father, for helping me understand the true power of the Gospel. I choose to embrace it and give it my full attention because I now see the magnitude of what it can do in my life. If it brought me salvation, it can bring me everything else I need. In the name of Jesus, Amen!
