“These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God.”1 John 5:13 (NKJV)

As the days go by, situations will arise that try to convince you that you can’t make it or live a life of victory. The debt weighing on you may make you feel like it’s over. The health issue you’re facing may whisper that you’re finished. The family struggles you’re dealing with might suggest there’s no way out. But I’ve got good news for you: it is not over. You’re simply going through a trial of your faith. Be assured that Jesus Christ has already paid the price for your freedom.

However, knowing this isn’t enough. You must live every day conscious of this truth to activate its power in your life. When you live with this awareness, it produces in you a mindset of victory. That mindset shapes a winning attitude and guarantees triumph every time. So, rise from that place of depression and fix your gaze on the finished work of Jesus Christ. Let it be your hope, your strong defense in times of trial. Let it be the rock you stand on. Don’t let the enemy trick you into thinking it’s over.

No matter what happens, if you stand firm in the reality of Jesus’ finished work, deliverance is inevitable. His sacrifice speaks on your behalf anytime, any day. Anchor your hope, faith, and confidence on the finished work of Jesus—it’s more than enough. Hallelujah!

Today’s Rhema

The devil is a legalist; the only way to defeat him is by presenting a stronger legal ground—and the finished work of Jesus provides that ground.

Confession for the Day

Thank You, Heavenly Father, for the finished work of Jesus Christ. I declare that this work has been credited to my account by grace. Therefore, I refuse to be oppressed by the enemy. I claim my victory and walk in total freedom through the consciousness of Jesus’ finished work in my life. Praise God!
