crosses, clouds, faith

“….But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed…..” Isaiah 53:5 (NKJV)

Sometimes the challenges of life can get so overwhelming and the only thing that comes to mind is to give up. But you see that point in your life is the best time to remember that Jesus truly paid the ultimate price for you. It is at that point you are expected to hold on to the finished work of Jesus Christ and let it be your source of motivation,  inspiration and hope. If you can do this and continue in faith and prayers, you will surely come out of that issue victoriously.

So, no matter what you face or experience, learn to look beyond it and capitalize on His finished work. Remember, it’s not enough to know or believe that Jesus died for you, you must also use it as your stronghold in times of difficulties and put to work the privileges He has made available to you. For example, in the midst of whatever you may be facing, you are expected to use the name of Jesus committedly and confidently because our Lord Jesus Christ says, “… these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons…”Mark 16:17 ( NKJV). In Philippians 2:10-11(NKJV) the Bible says, “at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father…” When you consistently use the name of Jesus to issue decrees and speak to that situation, it will certainly cave in. However, if that is going to take place, you must let His finished work be your stronghold. Hallelujah!

Today’s Rhema

No matter the odds, if you will hold on to the finished work, and engage the provisions of the finished work, you will surely emerge a victor!

Confession for the Day

Father, I am grateful for speaking to my life today. I choose this day to make the finished work my strong hold. I refuse to be moved by any situation because I know that no matter what happens, I have the victory in Jesus name. Amen!
