Without wings I can feel free

“…your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying “this is the way, walk in it,” whenever you turn to the right hand of whenever you turn to the left…” Isaiah 30:21 (NKJV)

Do you desire to be very successful in all that you do in life? Well, there is a key to that effect and that is knowing what God has called you do at different stages of your life. Too many of God’s people don’t know this, so they end up struggling. They do everything possible to try to make things work but in the long run, not much is achieved, why? Because they do not know what God has called them to do per time. Beloved, you have to understand that, you did not just happen on the scene, God in His infinite mercy planned your existence. If you are ever going to succeed in any area of your life, then you must be smart enough to hear from God, so that you can know the things he planned for you before you came on the scene.

Paul the Apostle offered a certain prayer for the Ephesian church saying,”…after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all the saints, I do not cease to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers, that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation In the knowledge of Him, the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling…” Ephesians 1:18 (NKJV) Take note of the last statement here, He said, that you may know the hope of His calling…” In the New International Version, it says “…that you may know the hope to which he has called you…” Apostle Paul knew the importance of this and it led him to pray this prayer for the Ephesian church. Letting us know that it is important for us to know what God has designed for us beforehand. If Apostle Paul could offer this prayer for the Ephesian church, then it means, we have to pray like this often and give full attention to knowing God’s will for our lives. So, do all you can you always know what God has ordained for you to do in every season of your life.

Today’s Rhema

If you are ever going to succeed in any area of your life, then you must be smart enough to know what God has ordained for you to do at that time!

CONFESSION FOR TODAY

Lord, I am grateful for the wonderful privilege of knowing that you have a plan for me at different points in my life. So, I choose this day to always seek for that which you have ordained for me to do, and as I do this, I am walking in your will for my life in the name of Jesus. Amen!
