Sometimes we go through difficulties that make it look as though all hell has broken loose against us. But in times like this, it is important for you to understand that no matter what you face or go through, it is working together for your good. I know that the pressure coming from such situations might be very tough, but choose to hold on because truly, it is working together for your good.
According to the scripture in our opening text, the Bible says “….we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose….”Romans 8:28 (NKJV). The question is, do you believe this? The challenge many of God’s people face, that has made their heart to shake in times of difficulties, is that they do not take the scriptures seriously or believe in it. Some don’t think these scriptures are relevant for today but truth remains that it is more than relevant for today. It is life and peace to those who take it seriously. Infact, in it lies our comfort, victory and triumph.
Therefore you must take the scripture seriously and believe what it says concerning you. If it says all things are working together for your good, then that is what it is. Your responsibility is to believe it and run with the reality of it. I know that what you may be going through right now, may be squeezing the joy out of you, but trust me, it is working together for your good. If you will hold on long enough and keep pressing on and putting your faith to work, you will certainly come out of that situation with a testimony. So keep holding on and always remember, that whatever you are going through right now is working together for your own good because you love God and you have been called according to His purpose. Hallelujah!

Confession for the Day
Glorious and ever living Father, I thank you for your word today which has stirred up faith and hope in me. I decree that henceforth, I will not be worried by any of the challenges that I face or go through because I know that no matter how it looks, it is working together for my own good in Jesus name. Amen!
