God is not unfair. He will not forget the work you did or the love you showed for him in the help you gave and are still giving to other Christians.
—Hebrews 6:10 (GNT).
Beloved, when you serve God faithfully the enemy will whisper that your efforts are wasted and that God will not remember. That lie is a trap—and it is false. God values time, sacrifice and faithful service; He keeps account of our devotion and will repay it in His timing.
I know what it is to be laughed at or misunderstood for serving rather than chasing quick gain. Early on, people told me I was wasting time because I chose ministry and faithfulness over easier, more immediately profitable paths. I nearly wavered, but I stayed the course—and over the years the quiet faithfulness produced fruit I could not have manufactured on my own.
The Bible says plainly that God does not forget your work and the love you have shown him by helping others. Keep up your eagerness to the end, so that the things you hope for will come true. —Hebrews 6:11 (GNT).
Refuse the enemy’s lie today. Continue in the things you are doing for God—your prayers, your generosity, your service, your patient faith. God is not indebted to us, yet He is faithful to reward those who persist in love and obedience. So press on; your labour of love matters and will be honored in God’s time. Halleluiah!

Prayer
Father, I thank You for reminding me that serving You is never wasted. I receive grace to continue faithfully, and I trust that You will reward my labour of love in Your perfect timing, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
