One area where most believers have missed it in their walk with God is the inability to give God their time. They believe in God quite alright and they know He is the alpha and the omega. They even go as far as referring to God as their father, which is actually the truth, but the question is how many truly give God their time? Sadly the answer to this question is “very few” . Yes you heard me right.
Too many of God’s people today want to engage in every other thing except have fellowship with God. To some it’s boring and to others, they don’t just have time, which is totally wrong. And when there is trouble, they automatically remember that God exists. Beloved, this shouldn’t be the case. If God is truly your father and you have caught the revelation of it, you will gladly and lavishly give God your time, why? Because God truly deserves our time. He gave it to us in the first place and all that He gave to us was meant to be used to worship Him. Therefore, as you journey in your walk with God, make a conscious decision to give God your time. It is a deliberate action which will bring you both earthly blessings and an eternal benefit. So do the needful today and be like our Lord Jesus, who at different times withdrew Himself from men, so that He could spend that time with God ( Scripture Reference Luke 6:12, Matthew 14:23)

What God wants mostly from you is for you to give Him your time, so give to Him gladly!
Confession for the Day
Thank you Father, for reminding me of the need to spend quality time with you. I choose this day to willingly create more time for you and every distraction stopping me from giving you time in my life is arrested for good in Jesus name. Amen!
