“…we are hard-pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed— always carrying about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our body….” 2 Corinthians 4:8-10 ( NKJV)

Are you going through some very difficult moments in your life right now and you are tempted to give up? Are you facing some issues that threaten to take your peace away? Well, I have news for you. Do not despair; you can still come out victorious from that situation but you need to maintain the right attitude and understanding.

You need to understand that it is normal for challenges to come in life. As a matter of fact, it is proof that you are living and that you are going somewhere but you see, if you do not understand this, you could give up before your big break manifests. So, in order for that not to happen, you must discipline yourself to stay calm and composed even in the face of adversity. I know it is not easy but this is where your faith in God and His word come into play. This is where you prove that you are not just a follower of Christ but that you truly believe in what He can do in that situation of yours. Refuse to act like people in the world who do not have God. The proof that you are truly grounded in your faith walk is the attitude you put up when challenges spring up.

So, no matter what you face or go through, do not despair and do not give up. Instead, let your faith in God and His infallible word come alive in you. Paul understood what I am sharing with you now, and he said, “…we are hard-pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed— always carrying about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our body…” 2 Corinthians 4:8-10 (NKJV) Did you see that? Paul had an understanding and this helped him to scale through that moment. You too can overcome, subdue, and recover if you have this same mindset. Halleluiah!

Confession for the Day

Father, I am grateful for our grace and mercy. I am grateful for this timely message. I choose this day to maintain my composure and nothing shall shake my faith because greater is He is that is in me than he that is in the world. Therefore, I declare that victory is mine all the way in Jesus name
