“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding.” — Proverbs 3:5 (NKJV)

When you consider the dreams and goals you want to achieve, they may seem impossible at times. You might wonder, “How can these things be?” But the truth is, no matter how unattainable your dreams appear, they can be achieved. However, the key to realizing them lies in not relying on your own understanding.

When you depend solely on your understanding, you encounter limitations. Doubts creep in, discouragement sets in, and the vision fades. So, what should you lean on instead? The answer is simple: lean on the wisdom and ability of God.

It’s God who placed the vision in your heart, and it’s through His wisdom that it will come to pass. Trusting in God allows you to receive the direction, strength, and empowerment needed to pursue your dreams. As you embark on this year’s journey, choose to depend on God’s wisdom rather than your own reasoning. The Bible assures us: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding.” — Proverbs 3:5 (NKJV).

Trusting in the Lord means surrendering your worries, doubts, and fears to Him. Leaning on His wisdom ensures that the resources, opportunities, and guidance you need will be supernaturally provided. So, reflect on the dreams God has placed in your heart. What do you want to achieve this year? Meditate on those goals and consciously decide to trust God’s wisdom, not your understanding. Praise God!

Today’s Rhema

Whatever you do, choose to lean on the wisdom of God and not your understanding!

Confession for the Day

Because of the knowledge I have received today, I choose to approach my dreams depending on the wisdom of God and not my understanding. As I do this, I receive the grace to achieve every dream the Lord has put in my heart, in Jesus’ name. Amen!
