“O God, You are my God; Early will I seek You; My soul thirsts for You; My flesh longs for You in a dry and thirsty land where there is no water. So I have looked for You in the sanctuary, to see Your power and Your glory. Because Your lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise You.” — Psalms 63:1-3 (NKJV)

In the second part of this teaching, we explored two important actions: focusing on God for help and turning to the scriptures. Now, let’s dive into two more powerful steps that will help you seek God diligently in any situation and receive the answers you are looking for.

The next step is meditation. When God gave Joshua the key to success, He said, “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.” — Joshua 1:8 (NKJV). This emphasizes the incredible power of meditation. It helps to bring God’s Word alive in your spirit, strengthening your faith and guiding your actions. Meditation positions you to hold on to God and His promises, granting you the clarity and fortitude needed for the breakthrough you seek.

Finally, you must commit to day and night prayer. One common mistake is talking to everyone else about the situation instead of bringing it to God in prayer. But scripture reassures us that “the prayer of faith will save the sick” — James 5:15-16 (NKJV). If prayer can heal the sick, it can change any situation when backed by faith. The discipline of consistent prayer is key to receiving divine intervention. If you seek God diligently in prayer, He will answer. The Bible tells us that God, who made ears, will not ignore the cries of those who seek Him earnestly. So, I encourage you to take that matter to God in prayer and be confident that His ear is always open to those who seek Him day and night.

Today’s Rhema

God will never turn a deaf ear to the person who seeks Him tirelessly, day and night!

Confession for the Day

The Word of God has brought me light. Therefore, I choose this day to seek God diligently in any matter, and as I do, I receive the answers I desire, in Jesus’ name. Amen!
