Christmas Angel announced to the shepherds the birth of Jesus birth in Bethlehem render 3d

“….from Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by order of God our saviour and Christ Jesus our hope….”1 Timothy 1:1 ( NKJV)

As we celebrate another Christmas this season, it is important to understand what the celebration of Christmas truly is. It is a celebration of hope. Someone might say but how? Well, it is simple! Before our Lord Jesus Christ came to this world, man was without hope. Man was doomed for eternity. There was no such thing as having an eternity with God because through the disobedience of the first man Adam, man was condemned. The Bible says, “….sin came into the world through one man, and his sin brought death. As a result, death has spread to the whole human race because everyone has sinned ….” Romans 5:12 (GNT). Did you see that?

Before our Lord Jesus Christ was born, man’s portion was death. And when we speak about death, we are talking about spiritual death which is the absence of God or separation from God. However, the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ changed that narrative. Today, we have hope for life both in this world and In the world to come. Even if we become absent from the physical body, we will not be absent from God because our Lord Jesus Christ came into this world and made life available through His finished work. So as you celebrate Christmas this season, I want you to remember, that we are celebrating hope. Your life and welfare in this time and age are guaranteed and when we drop this earthly body, we will be present with the Lord. Therefore, rejoice and let this mind be in you as you celebrate this season.

Today’s Rhema

Christmas is a celebration of hope, nothing more and nothing less!

Confession for the Day

Father, I am grateful for this wonderful revelation. I choose to run with this truth and as I do, I refuse to allow the devices of the enemy to get at me because Jesus is my hope now and forevermore. Amen!
