Beloved, do you want to see the power of God manifest in your life like never before? Do you want to see the promises of God’s word come to pass in your life? Do you want to walk in the blessings that the scripture promises us? Well, it is very possible to see it manifest, if you will take the Gospel seriously, believe in it and align your actions with what it says. Unfortunately, many believers are not doing this in their lives, instead they want a quick fix.
For many years, I have watched many of God’s children dance from one church to another looking for the power of God, unknown to them that what they are looking for is right in front of their nose. They believe that if they visit different churches, they could encounter the power of God, but the truth is, even if they do, it will be short lived. Whatever, they receive as a result of the encounter won’t stay for long because they do not know how the power of God works. So they keep wondering why things are not stable in their lives.
However, if you truly want to experience the power of God every day in your life and watch it manifest in everything you do, you have to embrace the full gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ and believe in it, because that is where the power lies. Apostle Paul in our opening text says, “…I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God unto salvation for everyone who believes…” – Romans 1:12 (NKJV). Meaning the power of God is locked up in the Gospel and its message, if you want to see it manifest, all you need to do is hold the gospel in high esteem, believe in it and do what it says in different areas of your life and you will see the power of God move mightily in your life on a daily basis.
