“If you refuse to learn, you are hurting yourself. If you accept correction, you will become wiser.” — Proverbs 15:32 (GNT)
Beloved, do you want to achieve outstanding results in life? Do you desire a total makeover in your life? If your answer is yes, then you must be willing to unlearn and relearn. The reason is simple: the knowledge and methods that brought you this far may not be sufficient to take you further. To remain relevant and progressive in the days to come, a willingness to embrace new knowledge is essential.
Over the years, I’ve observed that many of God’s people struggle with this concept. They hold on tightly to what they’ve learned, even when it becomes obsolete. Worse still, they resist the opportunity to relearn and grow. This often leads to stagnation, where they go in circles without making meaningful progress.
If you want your story to be different, embrace the practice of unlearning and relearning, particularly when it comes to God’s Word. Knowledge is dynamic, and our understanding must grow with it. Without continual learning, you risk running with outdated revelation, which can limit your effectiveness and impact.
To avoid this, commit to continual growth and be ready to let go of any knowledge that no longer serves you. The Bible says, “A wise man is strong, Yes, a man of knowledge increases strength.” — Proverbs 24:5 (NKJV). The more knowledge you acquire, the stronger you become, and the greater the grace you enjoy, for grace increases through knowledge (2 Peter 1:2-4). Hallelujah!
Today’s Rhema
The higher you go in knowledge, the stronger you become and the more grace you will enjoy!
