Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might; for there is no work or device or knowledge or wisdom in the grave where you are going. —Ecclesiastes 9:10 (NKJV)
Do you really want to succeed at what you do? Do you long to see exponential growth in your work, academics, or marriage? If so, you must learn to give your whole heart to the task—when you do this, nothing can stop you from succeeding.
Over the years I’ve met people who want success but aren’t willing to do what it takes to make it happen. Success isn’t the product of chance; it’s the fruit of deliberate, sustained action. If you truly want your business to thrive, to be promoted at work, or to see your marriage flourish, you must be ready to give it your all.
Every venture requires focused attention and energy. If you can’t—or won’t—give your best, then you aren’t yet prepared to see it work. Commitment and excellence make you stand out; they position you for opportunities that others miss.
So today I encourage you to get to work and give your best to whatever God has placed in your hands. Are you serving in the house of God? Give it your best. Are you employed in an organisation? Give it your best. When you give your all, you’ll begin to attract promotions and recognition you never imagined.
The Scripture reminds us of the value of skillful, diligent work:
Show me someone who does a good job, and I will show you someone who is better than most and worthy of the company of kings. —Proverbs 22:29 (GNT)
Today’s Rhema
If any venture is going to work out, it requires you to give it your all
Confession for the Day
Thank You, Father, for reminding me of the need to be diligent. I receive grace and wisdom to be diligent in all that I do, and as I give my best, I walk in the blessing of diligence in Jesus’ name. Amen
