“…the heart of him who has understanding seeks knowledge but the mouth of fools feeds on foolishness…” Proverbs 15:14 (NKJV)

Having established the need for educating yourself spiritually, it is important that you start today to crave for God and His word. Desire to know God more and how He wants you to live your life. Get to know about His principles for living and live by them and delight yourself in Him. Cultivate an unending desire to know the commands, the statutes and the charge of God because all these things will equip you to live a life of victory. It will cause you to function differently from everyone out there and make you have a superior perspective and judgment in all things.

It will deliver you from the wicked agenda of the devil against your life for it is written, “…through knowledge shall the just be delivered…” Proverbs 11:9 (NKJV). Did you see that? Gaining spiritual knowledge will  definitely put you in a place of advantage in life and trust me, you will win many battles in life, not just by faith but with knowledge. When David the king killed Goliath, he didn’t just do it with a string and stone, it was knowledge he used. In his statement, he said, “…who is this uncircumcised Philistine that he should defy the armies of the living God?”1 Samuel 17:26 (NKJV). He had an understanding that no one can challenge God and win, so he was encouraged and empowered to challenge Goliath. Beloved, when you are spiritually educated, life on earth will be a walk over. When traps men will not trap you because you know better. So, spend time to pursue the knowledge of God and lay hold of His promises for your life, it will change your life completely. Praise God!

Today’s Rhema

When you are educated in the things of God, life on earth will be a walk over!

Confession for the Day

I decree this day that my hunger for the things of God and His kingdom is growing. And as I pursue the knowledge of God and the kingdom, I decree that I am growing and aligning with God’s purpose and plans for my life in the name of Jesus. Amen!
