“….and certain women who had been healed of evil spirits and infirmities – Mary called Magdalene, out of whom had come seven demons, and Joanna the wife of Chuza, Herod’s steward, and Susanna, and many others who provided for Him from their substance…” Luke 8:2 (NKJV)
It is true that we cannot repay the Lord for the sacrifice He offered for us, but He wants us to give others the opportunity to partake of the immeasurable blessings that His finished works have brought for us. One of the ways to do that is to become a committed partner with Jesus Christ in spreading the message of the Gospel. Do not be passive; your partnership and participation are needed. Don’t be among those who only come to church, hear God’s Word, and go home, without deeming it fit to be a part of what is happening concerning the Gospel at their local church. Be involved in the activities of your local church to promote the Gospel.
Over the years, I have seen a lot of Christians act nonchalantly about the evangelical activities going on in the church. They are only interested in their personal gain. And in most cases, if they don’t see it in the church where they attend, they locate another church, looking for miracles everywhere. They never consider spreading the Gospel or partnering with Jesus in the propagation of the Gospel because their only focus is in themselves; and this is why in the long run, they never record any tangible growth. Beloved, one of the best things you could ever do for yourself is to partner with Jesus and spread the Gospel. Be actively involved in what your local church is doing, both financially and otherwise. When you do this, your life will be an unending stream of miracles. The Bible says, “…God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.” 2 Corinthians 9:8 (NKJV). Praise God!

Do not be a passive Christian; rather, partner with the Lord in spreading the Gospel!
Confession for the Day
I am a giver; therefore, I choose to give again and again for the spread of the Gospel. I do not earn to make a living, but I earn to give bountifully. All I have belongs to the Lord. Therefore, I declare that the grace to be a very active partner of the Lord rests heavily on me in Jesus’ Name. Amen!
