“…can two walk together unless they agree…” Amos 3:3 (NKJV)
Walking with God has many benefits that can literally change your life. But you see, if you truly want to see the benefits of walking with God, you must learn to agree with God and His word. As simple as this might sound, it is a very important thing you must give attention to because this holds the key to the benefits you will enjoy in your walk with God.
Unfortunately, many of God’s people don’t actually agree with God’s word. Although they say that they agree, their actions and their confession do not really line up with God’s word, and this is a very huge problem. Because God is only committed to His word and nothing else. If, for example, you are declaring your experiences instead of God’s word, there is really nothing God can do for you. For example, if God’s word says you are healed (1 Peter 2:24), the question is, do you agree? Do your words and actions align with this truth? If the answer is no, then you must now learn to receive God’s word and accept it as your final reality. Even when your experiences do not correspond with the word, your responsibility is to stay with what the word of God says and not what your experiences say. The moment you begin to practice agreeing with the word of God, you begin to unlock the blessings that go with the word. Hallelujah!

Confession for the Day
Father, I am grateful for opening my eyes to this truth. I receive grace to believe and agree with the word and as I go on this path, I unlock the blessings of the word in my life in Jesus name. Amen!
