When God’s people find themselves in difficult situations, you will often hear them say, “I just need Heaven to intervene right now.” They say this because it is what they truly desire. However, you do not get Heaven’s intervention simply by wishing for it. You receive it by praying.
Beloved, if you truly want to get Heaven’s attention, the easiest way is through prayer. As simple as it might sound, prayer holds the key to every intervention you desire right now. The challenge is that many people do not realize its power. They treat it lightly and fail to see it as an invitation for God to enter their situation. If you genuinely want God to intervene, you must be willing to pray. This is the system God has put in place to activate His power in your life.
In the book of James, the Bible says, Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray… —James 5:13 (NKJV). Did you catch that? The secret to activating Heaven’s intervention is not to cry or become depressed. It is to pray. Your prayer should be fervent, continuous, and mixed with faith. When you do this, you will surely get a response from Heaven. Refuse to let any circumstance make you lose your joy. Instead, invite God into that situation through prayer. Hallelujah!
