“…for he who speaks in a tongue does not speak to men but to God, for no one understands him; however, in the spirit he speaks mysteries…” 1 Corinthians 14:2 (NKJV)
As a believer, one of the best things you must do in your life in these last days is to saturate your life with tongues. You’ve got to cultivate the habit of speaking in tongues for many hours daily because we are living in troubled times and the devil is on the loose. The best way to overcome his games is to always speak in tongues. In the book of Romans 8:26, the Bible says, “…likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered…” Now, the point I want you to take note of here is where the Bible says, “for we do not know what to pray for as we ought”. As simple as this statement might sound, it speaks volumes. It lets us know that there are times when we may not know what to pray for or know how to pray regarding some things. In most cases, it is only what we can see that we pray about. Meanwhile, there may be some hidden or invisible adversaries, which can only be handled when we are speaking in tongues.
So, to avoid allowing the enemy to ride on you or take advantage of you, you must learn to pray in tongues often. It could be for ten minutes or thirty minutes to one hour, but don’t stop. Keep speaking because as you do, you are saturating the atmosphere with tongues and spoiling the works and activities of darkness. This is one language that they don’t understand for the Bible says, “…he who speaks in a tongue does not speak to men but to God, for no one understands him; however, in the spirit, he speaks mysteries…” 1 Corinthians 14:2 (NKJV). Did you see that? So, I admonish you today to take this counsel very seriously. When you speak in tongues often, the Bible records that you are speaking mysteries and mysteries make us masters in life. You might say but I work, and I may not have time to do this. Well, it is not an issue at all, you can speak in tongues silently as you work or if your kind of job does not allow that, you can go as far as taking prayer breaks where you rush to the bathroom or somewhere to speak in tongues for ten mins or more. When you are conscious of this and make efforts to do it often, you will be amazed at the kind of results you will get. So, begin this day and start saturating the atmosphere with tongues. Hallelujah!
