“…give and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you…” Luke 6:38 (NKJV)
Do you want unusual financial doors to open for you? Do you want to experience an unusual providence? Do you want people to freely give you? Then you must be a giver. Giving is a physical act that has a very serious spiritual consequence. It activates the law of reciprocity and opens up unusual doors for you. It clears your path in the realm of the spirit and arrests all manner of hindrances. It stirs people up to want to give to you because the bible says so. The bible says, “…give and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom…” Luke 6:38. It explains the reason people would give you because you gave first. So if you truly want to unlock doors of financial favors and open up streams of opportunities in sensitive quarters, then you must consider making this a habit, because it will save your life and position men at different points to reach out to you.
An example of someone in the Bible who suffered a great deal was the prodigal son. He asked his father for his own share of his inheritance and traveled to a far nation where all the money was spent on riotous living. But when he had spent all, there arose a severe famine in that land, and he began to be in want (Luke 15:11-21) because when he had, he did not give to anybody. So when the money was exhausted, there was nobody to help him, because he had not activated any law through his giving. So he suffered a great deal and ended up feeding pigs and dining with them. Now, if you do not want to be abandoned in the days of trouble, cultivate the habit of giving because it will set you up for favor when the time comes. It will automatically position people to reach out to you when you need it the most, so give and it will be given to you; good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over. Praise God!
