“…faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God…” Romans 10:17 (NKJV).
As you journey in your Christian walk, one of the most important things you must give attention to is your faith. And the reason is because, without faith you can’t take full advantage of grace. Without faith, you will not be able to walk over the operations of the activity’s darkness against your life. Therefore, it is important that you make your faith walk a priority. Be conscious of it and do everything you can to nurture it because when your faith is nurtured, there is nothing it cannot deliver to you. The Bible says, “…the conquering power that brings the world to its knees is our faith…” 1 John 5:4 (MSG). Did you see that? If the world and all its problems is going to be at your feet and not on your head, your faith must be alive.
Now, the question is how do you nurture your faith? First, you must be conscious of the role of faith in your life. The challenges most people face is that they confront the problems of this life with no consciousness of the role that faith plays, so they end up approaching these problems with their own strength when they are supposed to be relying on faith. So, you must be conscious of the role of faith and victory will always be yours. Secondly, you must do everything you can to grow your faith, because weak faith will only produce for you weak results. And the only way to grow and nurture your faith is by hearing the word for it is written, “…faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God…” Romans 10:17 (NKJV). So, you must give yourself to the word of God. You have to study it so that you can receive revelation from it and also listen to it being preached so that you can be inspired by it. When you hear and listen to the word of God all the time, you create an atmosphere where your inspiration, motivation and enthusiasm is sponsored by the word of God and when that happens, you will always live in the economy of faith. So, I admonish you today to give attention to your faith walk. Remember, you require faith to be able to take advantage of all that grace has to offer. Praise God!

Glorious and ever living Father, I thank you for the word that has come to me today, I decree by the power of your Spirit that passion to give attention to my faith life is kindled and no matter what happens, my faith will always prevail in Jesus name. Amen!
