“I create the blacksmith, who builds a fire and forges weapons; I also create the soldier, who uses the weapon to kill.” – Isaiah 54:16 (GNB)

In a world like ours—where new advancements emerge almost daily and where competition is high—it’s easy to feel intimidated. It might seem like only those with remarkable talents are needed or can succeed. Yet, no matter what others have done, there is something unique you can still offer, and people are willing to receive it. If you have talents you’re not using, this is the best time to bring them forth. And if you feel you have no skills, you might be mistaken—perhaps your gifts are simply hidden because you haven’t yet taken steps to uncover them. Now is the time to let your gifts flow, unearthing the potential God has placed within you.

Don’t fall into the trap of thinking that just because others around you have similar talents, your gifts are unnecessary. Avoid the mindset that if someone else is already doing what you know how to do, there’s no need to try. This is a limited way of viewing life. The truth is, the gifts and talents God has given you will always be valuable to someone. And others may never discover the help you can provide until you reveal what you have to offer.

Consider how we have Coca-Cola and Fanta, yet Pepsi and Mirinda still thrive alongside them in the market. This shows that your gifts are valuable, even if someone else also possesses similar abilities. So, don’t hold back—begin today, because the world is waiting for the gifts God has placed in you.

Confession for the Day

Dear Father, thank You for placing within me the seed of greatness that flows forth as gifts. I declare that from today, I will unleash my gifts to the world and fully use the abilities You have given me. Amen!
