“…Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to teach them that they should always pray and never become discouraged…”Lk 18:1 (GNT)
Most times when God’s people pray and do not see results, they get discouraged and stop praying. The question is, does God want this from us? The answer is No.
Beloved, you must understand that when you pray and do not get immediate results, it is not an indication that your prayers are not answered. Rather, it is an indication that your prayer so far is not enough to produce for you the results you are looking for. So, instead of getting discouraged, what you are supposed to do is to continue in prayer.
In our opening text, our Lord Jesus Christ encouraged that we should always pray and never become discouraged ( Luke 18:1). Did you see that? This lets us know that we ought to pray and continue until we see the desired result. So, as you journey in your walk with God, make a conscious decision to pray and never be discouraged.

Confession for the Day
Thank you Father, for this wonderful counsel. I am fired up to pray and get results and I will not stop until I see my miracles in Jesus Name.
