“….After Lot had gone, the Lord said to Abram, Look as far as you can see in every direction- North and south, east and west. I am giving this land as far as you can see, to you and your descendants as a permanent possession….” Genesis 13:14-15(NIV)
It can get frustrating when you try to do certain things without success; or when you get into a business and make losses. When people find themselves at the opposite end of where they desire to be, their faith in God usually begins to dwindle, their hopes and aspirations begin to disappear, and they get disillusioned. But for you as a believer, if you ever find yourself in any such situations, refuse to come to the point where you no longer see possibilities. Do not get to the point where you no longer think that things can change. Do not allow the devil to make you think that your situation is permanent because that is a lie that he wants you to believe. You might say, “but sir, things are quite complicated”. While that may be the fact, it is not the truth. If you choose to think differently, all things are possible.
Beloved, you have to come to that point where you say to yourself, enough of these disappointments and complications, it is time to break forward. You have to understand that breaking forward is a decision only you can make, it’s a choice that nobody can make for you. In our opening scripture, we see God teaching Abraham to dream; we see God showing Abraham that his hope lies in what he is able to visualize. God is doing the same to you today. He is asking you to see beyond what your ordinary eyes can behold. You might say, can I really break forward? Well, yes you can, if you choose to. You must understand that moving to greater heights is a choice you have to make. You must realize that your ability to go beyond where you are now, is based on what you can see with your eyes and conceive with your mind. So I ask you now, what do you see? Are you ready to move to the next level? Well, you should because now is the time. Hallelujah!
Today’s Rhema
Do not quit because flying is possible and that is God’s desire for you.
Confession for the Day
Thank you gracious God, for giving me the mind of Christ and for helping me know that quitting is not an option. I choose to fly always and forever, moving from grace to grace and from victory to victory in Jesus’ Name. Amen!
